Program Summary

Cultural Sensitivity: A Deeper Understating Of Bias equips the individual with the understanding of the different dimensions of culture, its characteristics and the necessity to bring to awareness around the existing conscious and unconscious biases. The program lets the participants learn the means to communicate empathy and build an agile organization appreciative of diversity, inclusion and transformation.

Program Objective

1.  Recognize different dimensions of culture and understand their role in formation of a culture.

2.  Identify differences between cultures by plotting characteristics based on these dimensions.

3.  Change the way of communicating from high context to low context to be more specific and clear.

4.  Demonstrate empathy towards counterparts and stakeholders from other cultures in an authentic manner.

5.  Take in account the unconscious bias and commit to self checks.
