Program Summary

Leading Culture And Change enables Senior Leaders with fundamentals, structures and principles to align their teams to organization’s mission, vision and values while grasping the nuances of neuroscience behind people’s behaviour during change. The program further takes the participants through the four stages of change and fear of loss along with its research-based remediation strategies. Finally, the leaders gain courage to implement the new tools to optimize team’s performance and commit to becoming a 360 degree leader.
